A local restaurant that I love more than anything...

If you like Mexican food, good music and tequila I highly recommend traveling on over to Lolita. Lolita is a tequila bar located in Bostons Seaport District on Summer St. The vibes in this restaurant are immaculate. There are little skulls on each table, red lights all over and modern-day music playing aloud. 

It was my boyfriends 21st birthday and we wanted to go somewhere nice and fun. He had never been to Lolita before, but I have been multiple times and I absolutely rave about it. So, we decided lets go! The seaport is one of my favorite areas in Boston, and thats just where it is located. Right on the ocean with the beautiful city lights all around us... what could be better? 

A MUST when you go is the street corn! It comes with four corn on the cob's and trust me, you may need another order. Another must is the corn bread. This isn't just your average corn bread, this is more of a dessert. I can guarantee you that you will be leaving feeling like you gained 10 pounds. 

Something really intriguing about Lolita that I love is that when you first get there they give you an Italian ice-like substance called a "Palate cleanser" which, of course, if you are of age, 21 years old, they infuse it with tequila! They do this for each table which is awesome. The second best thing they do here is when they bring you the check, they hand you cotton candy as well! This serves as a little sweet-treat for each table. I love this about Lolita... the service is out of this world and everyone is friendly. They are also in the perfect location with many other restaurants located around them, which is lovely.

Nanny's House- Winthrop, MA Spring Semester, 2021 Easter Sunday, Pandemic Style, turns into Sunday Funday... A Quick Trip Home- All For a Haircut...?

Boston, MA 2021 Spring Semester A 6 hour drive home on a Sunday, all so I could get my hair done... The final result.  Let me ask a few questions: do you love getting your hair done? Do you love the way it smells afterwards? Do you love the way it feels when your hair dresser is massaging your head in a peaceful and soothing way? One More Night at Home...

Foxborough, MA   2021 Spring Semester  A Scrumptious Dinner With my Roommate Before we Drove Back to Maryland! Entering: Foxborough, MA. 'Home of the Patriots.' One last night out for a nice dinner before road tripping back to Maryland won't hurt, would it? My roommate is from Norfolk, MA which is a small town right next to Foxborough, MA.  Foxborough, of course, is widely known for being the home field of the Patriots at Gillette Stadium. Aside from the field, Gillette Stadium, also known as, Patriots Place- has an abundance of delicious restaurants and marvelous shops.  Patriots Place- Gillette Stadium.  Before getting to sleep early for a nice 6 1/2 hour drive back to school Melina and I decided to grab a quick meal at a restaurant called 'Six String.'
